Return Policy

- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at 315-573-3685.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges and Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items that are unused and in their original packaging can be exchanged for another item that is in stock. If the exchanged item cost less than the replacement item, the customer must pay the difference.
- Exceptions: Some items may not be available for return, those include opened and used items.
